Installing a wheelchair lift in a van.?

Where in the Charleston, WV area could I get a wheelchair lift installed in a van. Anywhere in say 100 mile rang would be fine.

Our church is in desperate need of a small van. How can i Find one that can be given to help us?

We are a small congregation whereas most of our members are old and disabled. We travel out of town to most services, Therefore i would like to know if there is some type of charity organization that could help us?
